What forms of payment do you accept?

Barrier Technologies accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) personal checks, money orders, travelers checks and PayPal. Please note that all checks and money orders must be payable to Barrier Technologies Inc.


Do I have to order online?

Absolutely not! Barrier Technologies is not a virtual company. We welcome you to speak to one of our knowledgeable customer service representatives at any time. Is it safe and secure to submit my credit card and personal information online?


Yes. Your sensitive information is entered through pages that reside on our secure (SSL) server. Your information is encrypted before being transmitted to our server, it is never simply emailed to us. This technology is currently the online industry standard for e-commerce.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed immediately and usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders received by 4pm EST are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after 4pm EST are typically shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm EST, Saturday, or Sunday will typically not be shipped until Monday. The standard shipping time for your order will be anywhere between 1 - 7 days. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. Shipping time varies depending on your location within the United States. Express shipping options are available.


Will I be charged sales tax on my order?


State tax will not be applied to your order unless you are a State of Florida resident, in which case the applicable sales tax will be applied.

Are there additional shipping charges for international orders?

Yes. Orders placed outside the United States are subject to freight fees, taxes and or duties depending on the destination country. Prior to processing your order, a Barrier Technologies customer service representative will contact you via email with proper shipping charges.

Our products are unconditionally backed by our Barrier Technologies® Seal of Excellence and in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a full refund. Email us to be issued an Authorization to Return Merchandise (ARM) number. You must clearly mark your ARM number on every package being returned; unfortunately we cannot accept your shipment without it.

Please note that Barrier Technologies cannot accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any form from its original state. All original packaging must still be intact.
