Barrier Technologies ™, Secure Touch Gloves ™ , and Dental Packs ™ and the Barrier Technologies logo, Web site and trade dress are the exclusive property and trademarks of Barrier Technologies, Inc. Barrier
Technologies, Inc. reserves all rights in the premises, including all rights applicable under the U.S. and international trademark laws, including, without limitation Section 1125 of Title 15 of the U.S. Code (Lanham Act Sec. 43).

III. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Barrier Technologies web site users ("User") expressly agree that use of Barrier Technologies web site is at User's sole risk. Neither Barrier Technologies nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, or
employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors (collectively "Providers"), or the like, warrant that the Barrier Technologies site will operate uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make
